Most of us at one time have struggled with our weight.
Whether you are looking to lose some extra pounds or trying to gain a couple of
pounds because you are too thin, it seems it is not easy to do. That
doesn’t mean you should ever quit trying to achieve your goal.
Traci writes: "I lost 11 pounds
since April 16th. My goal was to lose 10 by July for our family vacation. I can
say I have tried to lose before and never was able to accomplish it. I am doing
Weight Watchers on my own after seeing my mom lose 15 pounds pretty easily. She
gave me her books and I made up a binder and have been doing really well. My
husband has even said that I look like I lost the weight. I feel better about
myself. My clothes don't fit and the next size smaller is still too small. So I
have to lose some more and maybe start to exercise and then everything will
hopefully fall into place.
Traci inspires us to keep trying and be successful in
managing our weight and that’s why she has been selected as our
